The ‘Natrix – An erotic farce.
Samantha is a quiet girl from the American heartland. She is softly spoken, shy and melancholically single. She likes fantasy novels, long showers and kittens. However, she has an alter ego, the ‘Natrix, one of the big draw cards in the Adult entertainment industry, and the best private service for many of LA’s top public figures. She is a masked, foul-mouth dominatrix who is utterly professional, highly desired and importantly has never revealed her identity. From her early days of being a smacked out junky teenager, who came to California to make it in showbiz, Sam has cleaned herself up and sorted herself into a top shelf adult artiste charging top dollar. But after a decade she’s had enough and wants out of the industry.
On a chance encounter Sam meets Salinger, an accountant working for the mayor, and instantly falls for him. Unable to explain what she does, she blurts out the first occupation that comes to mind inspired by her neighbour, Tammy, who is a financial planner.
As Sam and Sal get closer she learns quickly and bluffs her way into the finance business, but finds that big business is even dirtier than the adult industry. By using her contacts and her intimate knowledge of the senior city officials she gets great results, but it all backfires when the underworld comes calling for her as she unknowingly thwarts their business deals.
Sam must hide her old job and clients from Sal, while learning her new job and outsmarting the mob. All with hilarious results.
